ADAM SANDLER IN "HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA"! JASON STATHAM TO LEAD "TRANSFORMERS 4"? RODRIGO SANTORO JOINS JENNIFER LOPEZ IN "WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING"! "AUSTENLAND" GETS A FILM ADAPTATION!

Third installment of TRANSFORMERS which earned almost $200 million in just one week, is getting its fourth part of course, and according to rumors Jason Statham might take the lead

role in it, which is interesting since Rosie Huntington Whiteley, the female lead, is actually his real life fiancee. One of the films which is getting an interesting cast is WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING which will follow seven different women pregnant for the first time. One of our favourite foreign actors Rodrigo Santoro (300),  has just joined the film playing the husband of Jennifer Lopez. As I've reported before, the other ladies will be played by Cameron Diaz, Brooklyn Decker, Anna Kendrick ... and the cast could also have Chris Rock and GLEE'S Matthew Morrison.

according to "Heat Vision" Shannon Hale's novel AUSTENLAND will get its movie adaptation. The story follows a thirtysomething woman who is obsessed with the Mr. Darcy character from Jane Austen's novel, particularly Colin Firth's portrayal of the character in the 1995 BBC mini-series adaptation. Her life is in the doldrums because she cannot find a real man who matches up to Mr. Darcy. When she takes a trip to a resort which caters to those obsessed with Jane Austen's work, she realizes her fantasy of meeting a regal man just may come true. The cast includes Keri Russell, Bret McKenzie, Jane Seymour ...

He he ... well, this one will surely be hilarious: Sony is preparing an animated movie HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA about Dracula's lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free from meddling from the human world. But here's a little known fact about Dracula: he is not only the Prince of Darkness, he is also a dad.

Over protective of his teenage daughter, Mavis, Dracula fabricates tales of elaborate dangers to dissuade her adventurous spirit. As a haven for Mavis, he opens the Hotel Transylvania, where his daughter and some of the world's most famous monsters - Frankenstein and his bride, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, a family of werewolves, and more - can kick back in safety and peace. For Dracula, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem - but his world could come crashing down when one ordinary guy stumbles on the hotel and takes a shine to Mavis. Adam Sandler will give his voice to Dracula, Kevin James is Frankenstein, Fran Drescher is his bride :),  David Spade is Quasimodo, Steve Buscemi and Molly Shannon are married werewolves and Cee-Lo Green is Mummy!

COLIN FIRTH, JAMES MCAVOY, MICHAEL FASSBENDER AND SCARLETT JOHANSSON IN "TRANCE"! "HOW TO DEFEAT YOUR OWN CLONE" FILM! IS "CAPTAIN AMERICA" ALREADY GETTING A SEQUEL?

Well, this could end up being a film with a very interesting cast: according to "Aceshwobiz" both Colin Firth and Scarlett Johansson could take roles in British heist film TRANCE to be

directed by Danny Boyle (TRAIN SPOTTING). The film already has James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender in the cast and Scarlett and Colin could join them, although there are rumors that Firth might actually replace Fassbender. The story centers on an assistant at an auction house who masterminds a heist and joins a group of thieves to steal a valuable painting. He's the key in the gang since he's the only one who knows where the painting is. Unfortunately, he then gets a hit in the head and wakes up with amnesia so that he cannot remember where the painting is hidden. After he fails to recall his lost memory, the gang hire a female hypnotist to get into his brain.

According to "MovieWeb" Dimension Films has acquired rights for the movie adaptation of the bestselling book HOW TO DEFEAT YOUR OWN CLONE.  In the year 2013 the first

human clone was created and within years clones were in most homes only to be taken advantage of by their human owners and treated as slaves. Following a revolution, civil war erupted between Mankind and their Clone creations who were fighting for their freedom. The Clones won. In this new world where Clones dominate, the film will follow Ethan on his quest to turn the tide of the war back in our favor against impossible odds. Clones may have the same DNA blueprint as humans, but they are younger, stronger, healthier and more evolved. Is Mankind prepared to outsmart and defeat their own clones?

I don't know if you've noticed, but almost all of this summer's big blockbusters will get sequels. GREEN LANTERN is getting second part (hopefully with Blake Lively as Star Sapphire), THOR is

getting a sequel (but without its director Kenneth Branagh), and TRANSFORMERS and PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN will probably get their gazillionth sequels since they've become the biggest earners at the box office. Judging from the interesting clip bellow, it seems that CAPTAIN AMERICA THE FIRST AVENGER could also get its sequel if it performs well on July 22nd. Although it is set in the WW2 the film features scenes in which Chris Evans is shown in the modern day (in the clip bellow he is discovered frozen in the ice in the modern days), which means that the second part of the film could be made with Captain America set in our days. And as you know, Captain America will also appear beside other superheros in THE AVENGERS which comes out in 2012.

Remember a year ago when I told ya all that ladies will faint and gents will applaud when the new THOR comes out with the hunkilicious Australian star Chris Hemsworth and nobody believed me? :) And now, after THOR has earned almost half billion dollars in cinemas, Chris has become the hottest item in Hollywood. A few years ago when he had a five minute role in STAR TREK as Kirk's father, he really used that moment to steal the show and that's how he got the THOR role and the rest is history. Now, thanks to his talent, abnormal charisma and the looks

of a Norse God, he is getting all the hottest roles: we shall watch him in the lead male role in SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN which will probably turn into a trilogy, and again as Thor in THE AVENGERS which will gather a bunch of superheroes in one film!

When it comes to Ryan Reynolds, beside being a huge competition to Chris Hemsworth in the hunk department (I mean how couldn't he be since he is a Canadian :)) , he is also one of

the most charming and lovable actors in Hollywood. So charming and cool that everybody is giving him super hero roles, so beside this year's GREEN LANTERN he will also do a DEADPOOL spin-off. And although we like him in romantic films (THE PROPOSAL) his upcoming movies are 100% cop, detective and action ones. He recently divorced Scarlett Johansson so he is free and available  ;)

NEW "TITANIC" MINI SERIES STARTS SHOOTING IN SERBIA! STARZ CANCELS "CAMELOT"! DRAMATIC TRAILER FOR "WARRIOR" WITH TOM HARDY & JOEL EDGERTON!

Well, it was bound to happen, even though everybody knows I'm the biggest fan of historical shows and I've probably watched them all, I do admit CAMELOT was the most horrible one I've ever seen. And thus it's no surprise that Starz decided to cancel it

and there will be no second season. With dreadful, pointless and absolutely unrealistic plot and direction with no direction, the only good things in the show were the sets, music and the costumes. The acting was mostly weak thanks to miscast actors: Jamie Bower Campbell who played wimpy king Arthur was so dreadful and superficial that he personally stopped me from watching the show any further after the 5th episode, and Joseph Fiennes' neurotic and psychotic portrayal of Merlin and Eva Green's overly dark and expressionless take on Morgan, were just two more reasons to cancel the show forever! The only likable performances came from Tamsin Egerton as Guinevere, Claire Forlani as Igraine, Peter Mooney as Kay and Philip Winchester as Leontes.

Currently shooting in the film studios in Belgrade, Serbia, is the new mini series TITANIC. Marking the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the famous ship, the four episodes should premiere sometime next year. The international production is lead by

Oscar winner Julian Fellows (GOSFORD PARK) and will star Linus Roache (LAW & ORDER), Geraldine Somerville (HARRY PLOPPER), Toby Jones (CAPTAIN AMERICA), Steven Waddington (THE TUDORS) ... As far as I got it, the mini series will be broadcast by RAI in Italy, ITV in UK and ABC in USA bringing an extraordinary re-telling of the doomed voyage that cleverly weaves action, mystery and romantic plots and features both fictional and historical characters, ranging from steerage passengers to upper-class guests, who come together in an explosive and unforgettable finale!

HOLLYWOOD SPY SPOTLIGHT: MEDIEVAL ACTION "IRONCLAD" WITH JAMES PUREFOY, PAUL GIAMATTI & BRIAN COX TO PREMIERE THIS JULY!

 Well, we've certainly waited a long time for the thrilling medieval epic IRONCLAD to finally premiere. It should open in American cinemas on July 8th! With more than stellar cast including James Purefoy, Derek Jacobi, Paul Giamatti and Brian Cox and directed by Jonathan English, the film will surely be a nice treat for all of you who like epics, especially since there aren't many historical movies this summer in cinemas!

IRONCLAD TIDBITS

Megan Fox and William Moseley were also supposed to star in the film, but they are not in the cast. The film is rated R for strong graphic brutal battle sequences and brief nudity. The budget of the film was modest for an epic, just $25 million! Famous Richard Attenborough had to leave the cast due to health problems. According to IMDB, Paul Giamatti has filmed his role in just seven days!

THE STORY OF THE FILM

The film is set in 1215 when the rebel barons of England have forced their despised King John to put his royal seal to the Magna Carta, a noble, seminal document that upheld the rights of free-men. Yet within months of pledging himself to the great charter, the King reneged on his word and assembled a mercenary army on the south coast of England with the intention of bringing the barons and the country back under his tyrannical rule. Barring his way stood the mighty Rochester castle, a place that would become the symbol of the rebel's momentous struggle for justice and freedom.

The movie will have an absolutely amazing cast: James Purefoy as the brave Marshall joined by best acting legends Britain can offer Derek Jacoby, Brian Cox, Guy Siner (remember famous Gruber from classic British sitcom ALO, ALO),then there's also the amazing Jason Flemyng, and two lovely ladies Kate Mara and Bree Condon, and off course Paul Giamatti as the evil King John.

HOLLYWOOD SPY'S REPORT FROM MONACO: THE GLAMOROUS ROYAL WEDDING OF PRINCE ALBERT AND PRINCESS CHARLENE!

Just a few hours ago Monaco, the little princedom in Europe, has got its new princess. Prince Albert has married lovely Charlene

Wittstock,and the big news is - everything at the wedding seemed better than what we saw at the British royal wedding in April. Everything was more stylish, more relaxed, and there was none of that cold, snobbish and reserved atmosphere from the London's wedding.
The Monaco wedding was held in the fairy tale courtyard of the royal palace which gave it an almost Elven vibe since it was in the open place filled with stunning staircases, flowers and colonnades. And the wedding couple was also much more relaxed and beautiful. Albert was very dashing in his white uniform, while angelic Charlene looked tender, serene and gracious in her white Giorgio Armani gown. Although it could've been a bit more revealing and unique, the wedding gown did

suit her personal style, since Charlene is an Olympic athlete. I thought her hair looked absolutely magnificent with diamond studded golden hairpiece underneath the long veil.
The wedding was even packed with much more emotions than William's and Kate's, with lots of tender kisses being exchanged between Albert and Charlene both at the civil wedding on Friday and the religious one on Saturday. While he was slipping the ring on her finger he winked, and while she was slipping the ring on his finger she gave him a broad smile. And the most touching moment was when Charlene started crying in the little chapel where two young singers greeted the royal couple with a touching serenade when she came to give her wedding bouquet to Virgin Mary.

Her Serene Highness Charlene is now the first Monaco princess after the famous and beloved Grace Kelly, Prince Albert's mother. The royal wedding and the new couple will certainly bring back glamour and glitz to the idyllic Mediterranean country.

Beside the crowned heads of Europe Albert, King of Belgium, the king and queen of Sweden, prince Frederik of Denmark, prince Alexander of Serbia, Norway prince, and Felipe of Spain, the wedding guests also included Gerard Butler, Giorgio Armani, Karl Lagerfeld, Karolina Kurkova, Roger Moore  ... "COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO" GOES SF! ADRIANNE PALICKI & BRUCE WILLIS IN "G.I. JOE II"! DREW BARRYMORE IN "HEIST SOCIETY"! BEN STILLER & VINCE VAUGHN ARE "NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH"

 Even though they decided to leave out most of the actors from the original film, so we won't see Rachel Nichols, Sienna Miller nor

Joseph Gordon Levitt again, G.I. JOE II: COBRA STRIKES is in the process of casting new names. After they've signed Dwayne Johnson in the role of Roadblock, which will apparently be the lead one beside Channing Tatum's Duke , they now also have Adrianne Palicki (the wanna-be Wonder Woman) as Lady Jaye, an intelligence officer in the G.I. Joe team. The film, which will be released next summer and will be all about ninjas, might also get Bruce Willis as Joe Colton, the original G.I. according to "Deadline"!

watch group of the middle-aged fathers which they use to spend some time away from their families. But things take a turn for the worse for them when they uncover a plot to destroy the world. The success of this Spring's THOR has sealed the deal for the sequel and it has been announced today that it will premiere in July 2013! Our dear Drew Barrymore will produce and maybe even helm HEIST SOCIETY, a film about a young woman who left her criminal family in search of a normal life but when her father becomes the prime suspect in the robbery of a gangster's art collection, she puts together a team to steal the artwork back.

As "Variety" reports, another of Alexandre Dumas legendary novels will hit cinemas in the future beside THREE MUSKETEERS

which is already done and ready to premiere later this year. Warner Bros. apparently wants to do a new movie adaptation of THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO. But the famous story which centers on a young man who's wrongly sentenced to an island prison and escapes, then transforms himself into the mysterious Count of Monte Cristo and systematically destroys those who manipulated and enslaved him, will this time be set in the future, making the whole movie a sf one. The studio is searching for a director.
