Talita menyanggupi untuk mengembalikan Pasha kembali seperti dulu. Ia pun dengan berbagai caranya yang unik berhasil membuat Pasha mau bangkit, tapi tetap saja tidak bisa menyembuhkan patah hati Pasha. Akhirnya Talita berkesimpulan, Pasha baru akan bisa sembuh total kalau berhasil menemukan cinta yang baru. Talita pun menjodohkan Pasha dengan kliennya yang lain, SHELLY (Kirana Larasati), seorang gadis lucu naif dan sangat romantis.

Tapi ternyata nasib berkata lain. Shelly justru jatuh cinta dengan ONCI, dan Onci juga merasakan hal yang sama. Merasa tidak enak dengan Pasha dan teman-temannya, Onci dan Shelly pun backstreet. Talita pun kebingungan saat Shelly menyatakan tidak mau dijodohkan dengan Pasha. Maksud hanya ingin menghibur Pasha, Talita menyadari kalau ia sebetulnya mencintai Pasha. Pasha sendiri, yang tidak tahu kalau selama ini Talita menjalankan tugas dari teman-temannya, betul-betul mulai merasa jatuh cinta dengan Talita.

Pasha pun melamar Talita. Semua sepertinya berjalan sempurna untuk Talita. Akhirnya ia bisa mendapatkan cinta sejati. Namun semua berubah saat Lisa kembali untuk Pasha. A hostage case occurs in the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police Department. Head of the Metropolitan Police Department Tamaru (Toru Shinagawa), second in charge Muneo Hasegawa (Jun Kunimura) and 12 other high ranking officers are all held hostage in the conference room. A police squad and SIT (special investigation team) surround the conference room. The motive of a hostage taker is not clear.

The first person aware of the hostage situation is Takeru Kanbe (Mitsuhiro Oikawa) who accidentally bumped into the hostage taker. Takeru then contacts partner Ukyo Sugishita (Takeru Kanbe). Ukyo thinks the most important thing is to know what’s occuring inside conference room. With the help of Mamoru Yonezawa (Seiji Rokkaku) of the crime laboratory investigation section and Kohei Jinkawa (Ryuuji Harada ) from ex-special command team, Ukyo works out a secret plan.

Meanwhile, Teruo Nakazono (Ryo Ono) becomes in charge of the hostage case, because all other high ranking officers are hostages. Little progress is made and Kenichi Itami (Kazuhisa Kawahara), Shinsuke Miura (Ryosuke Otani) & Keiji Serizawa (Takashi Yamanaka) from the #1 investigation team becomes nervous.

Through information obtained by Ukyo the identity of the hostage taker is finally revealed. The hostage taker is Tetsuya Yaegashi (Yukiyoshi Ozawa), who is a ex-detective from the Metropolitan Police Department. They also learn that right before the hostage case, Takeru rescued Keiko Asahina (Manami Konishi) from Yaegashi. Keiko Asahina works in the the general affairs department.

Around that time, 2 gun shots are heard from inside the conference room. Despite Ukyo’s strong objections, Teruo Nakazono orders a police squad and SIT to storm the conference room. Once inside, they find Yaegashi dead by a gun shot. All the hostages have traces of ammunition, so the identity of the person who shot Yaegashi is not clear. The hostages are released and they also become suspects. Inspector Haruki Okochi (Satoshi Jinbo) asks the former hostages about the situation. The 12 officers all tell that while a physical struggle ensued, the gun was shot and they do not know who shot the gun.

Ukyo and Takeru feel strange about the case. They received orders from Head of Department Rokuro Kakuta (Atsushi Yamanishi) to investigate the 12 officers. Meanwhile, high ranking National Police Agency member Koken Inoda (Ittoku Kishibe) and the minister of the National Police Agency Fumio Kaneko (Ken Utsui) start to take actions that doesn’t seem right. Slowly, the truth emerges. A shocking fact of a past case involving Yaegashi and Keiko is then revealed.

Adalah Panji, lelaki yang berulang tahun di hari yang sama dengan Cindy. Lelaki yang bersikap seakan mencintai dirinya, tapi kemudian selalu meninggalkan Cindy di tengah puncak kebahagiaannya. Panji menjadi misteri bagi Cindy. Cindy tersiksa tapi juga penasaran. Dia yakin cintanya tak bertepuk sebelah tangan.
