Britney Spears's long-awaited comeback single, "Gimme More," has finally

arrived, and Jive records tells PEOPLE exclusively that the album is scheduled for

a Nov. 13 release.

The club-friendly dance track officially premiered Thursday night on New York radio

station Z-100's Web site.

The song's official debut came just minutes after versions of it were leaked to at

least two other Web sites, Perezhilton and TMZ.

"The track that leaked is off of Britney Spears's forthcoming album. The song is

"Gimme More," produced by Danja, [and is] written by Nathaniel "Danjahands"

Hills, James Washington, Keri Hilson, Marcella Araica," a Jive Records spokesperson

told PEOPLE.

The song features the pop star's signature breathy vocals, melodic electronic

bleeps over a driving beat and a catchy hook that's is true to the song's title. Spears

opens the sexy and sassy tune by defiantly saying, "It's Britney, b---", and producer

Hills ends it in a shout out, saying, "Bet you didn't see this coming."

On Wednesday, news of the single's imminent release, which comes from the singer's

fifth studio album, was reported by Entertainment Weekly.

Also on Wednesday, singer/songwriter Ne-Yo, who wrote several potential songs

for Spears, told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show "[Britney has] gotta

remind people why they love her in the first place. She's gotta get their minds off her

personal life and back on the music."

Over the last several months, Spear's personal struggles, including a stint in rehab

and the ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, have all

overshadowed her career.

Still, in May, she performed several live shows in Los Angeles and Florida –

during which she performer her old material. Since then, the singer has been seen

taking dance classes and shooting a music video.

Up next for Spears: She is scheduled to host the opening of LAX nightclub in

Las Vegas on Friday. It's not clear yet on if she plans to perform at the event.

'Gimme More' Breaking Records

MediaBase.com, which records airtime plays, is reporting that "Gimme More"

has already reached #80 in spins in the U.S. It hasn't even been 24 hours! This

makes it the fastest charting song in that amount of time, ever.

On top of that, it was #1 on z100, one of the biggest radio stations in America,

at noon today.

Blender.com gave the song 4 stars. "Welcome back, bitch."

Exclusive: Paris Hilton Sets The Record Straight

Last year as we know had many ups and downs for Britney. She gave birth to Jayden James, filed for divorce from Kevin Federline, and began taking her "new found freedom a bit too far," as she put it on her official website britneyspears.com back in December of last year. In that same letter to her fans, Britney explained that she was just looking for a good time after the split: "It's been so long since I've been out on the town with friends." In comes Paris Hilton, celebutante and fashion extraordinaire.

Britney and Paris met up back in mid November of last year in Las Vegas. The two were inseparable for three weeks and partied at some of L.A.'s trendiest hot spots. December rolls around, and Paris Hilton is nowhere to be seen, leaving many to question how, why, or if their relationship ended. Because of the series of events that lead after Britney's "newly re-discovered freedom," many Brit fans placed blame on Paris; that she was a bad influence. Paris wants to set the record straight on BreatheHeavy.com.
Paris wants both Britney and her fans to know that she is there for Britney, and supports her 100%, and that she will continue to be there for her. The two were and are still on good terms.

"Jeff" (requesting to use an alias), a mutual friend of both Britney and Paris tells BreatheHeavy.com that the two are still close: "The two have always been friends, there's been no bad blood between them, paris has been nothing but loyal to britney since day one, and Britney adores paris to death." Paris confirmed to Breathe Heavy directly that "Jeff's" statement was true.

Britney and Paris were both spotted at club Opera several days ago. This marks the first time the two have publicly been together in over 9 months. Will we see more of the dynamic duo? Only time will tell, but until then... here's to new dresses, gawking fans, and upping the price of paparazzi pictures.

Personally, I don't have a problem with Britney and Paris hanging out.

I mean, Paris is a sweet girl. The media is the one that brings her down

and portrays her like that. They want to do the same thing to Britney.

There's nothing wrong for them to go out and have a great time. People

are just jealous that they can't do that themselves. I just wish the best for

Britney & Justin - The Track That Never Was

Oh, it's on - it's definitely on! Thanks to an X17 source, we can XCLUSIVELY

confirm the story that Britney Spears' next album was supposed to include a single

featuring Justin Timberlake on vocals! In fact, according to our source, the track

would already be recorded if Britney had been able to make it to Europe last month

to record with Justin.

Our source says the "stress of everything going on here [in LA]" prevented her from

making the trip. Can you imagine that KFed kept a classic from happening -- the

reunion of the decade!

Allure's September cover shoot, at Pier 59 Studios West, was Spears's

first since filing for divorce from Kevin Federline in November 2006. Here,

makeup artist Brigitte Reiss-Andersen smooths a shimmery moisturizer on

Spears's back.

The singer took off her own long, honey blonde wig to reveal one inch of

ashy blonde hair. "She was more shocked [when the wig came off] than

anyone else," hairstylist Danilo said.

Allure Creative Director Paul Cavaco adjusts Spears's Dolce & Gabbana jeans.

"She felt very comfortable with Michael [Thompson] and Paul—both of them

had shot her several times before," Reiss-Andersen said.

"I wanted to capture the free spirit Britney, so I photographed her on the

floor and let her do what she wanted," Thompson said. The singer chose to

pose topless, opting to wear her own jewelry.

Contrary to reports of questionable behavior at other shoots, Spears was

easygoing at Allure's. "She was game," Reiss-Andersen said. "She was like,

'What do you want me to do?' We were done very quickly."

"She looked damn cute with short hair," Danilo said. "She should bleach it

out and just be the fierce new Britney."

Spears was animated on the set, talking about her sons with Reiss-Andersen

and manicurist Lisa Jachno. "The three of us have children, so it was one of the

subjects that was brought up in the 30-minute conversation," Reiss-Andersen said.

"She was into smoky eyes—every girl is," Reiss-Andersen said. "We made it

fresh as opposed to aggressively sexy—because she's young, and that's

important to show."

"Everyone thinks of you as not human," Spears said when she was 18 years old.

"I just want to be a normal girl.... I don't want to be a role model—except maybe

to my little sister."

"We got the pictures—she was really a gem that way—and she was out the

door," Danilo said.

As Spears left the studio, paparazzi were still gathered outside. "I went out

to wave good-bye," Reiss-Andersen said. "I wanted to see it with my own eyes,

and I've never seen anything like it—complete mayhem, a feeding frenzy."

E! Online confirmed that Britney Spears will open this year's

Video Music Awards, set to take place in Las Vegas on

September 9th. According to them, MTV won't confirm or deny

the information but it's pretty much official that the pop princess

- and VMA queen - will perform.

The Real Truth

X17 has spoken exclusively with a source we've witnessed to be very close to Britney -- we grabbed him as he left Winston's Friday night with Brit and Alli (he snuck out the back door, but X17 was there!). "Jeff" as he called himself (not Jeff Kwatinetz who was rumored to be Brit's new manager), has been close to Britney and/or Britney's family since before all of her recent troubles began. And here’s what he told us ...

"Britney does NOT do drugs!," says "Jeff" who tells us he's strictly against any type of drug use and against anyone involved in any type of drug use. She might enjoy a drink or two when she goes out but that’s it. And the lollipops? -- "They're Tootsie Roll pops, not suckers laced with drugs or whatever Kevin's camp is claiming -- I've never even heard of that!" She doesn't even go out on nights when she has the kids and she becomes very sad immediately after they leave. Her world revolves around her children -- 98% of her energy is spent on her children and at this point her career takes a distant second.

Britney never hated Kevin. He was "hardly even present during most of their marriage" but for the sake of being with her children 24/7, "Jeff" says, she would have considered staying with him. However, in order to be a happier mom, she felt it would be best to part ways with him. Jeff says: “Staying with a liar just to make life easier for your children -- if that's not pure devotion for your kids, then what is?? Britney can get any guy she wants, it's just hard to weed out the good ones from the bad ones."

Britney is NOT worried about Kevin's battle for custody of Sean and Jayden because she knows no one around her has evidence or proof of her doing anything negative that would make her an unfit mother because she has been nothing but a responsible, loving mom. According to Jeff: "Anyone close to Britney knows that she's an angel when it comes to being a mom and a friend.

"Everyday life for Britney with her kids consists of 23.9 hours/day focused on the boys, "mom, mom, mom constantly," NO soda in their bottles -- in fact hardly any soda in the house, claims "Jeff." Britney spends all day playing with the boys while they're there and allows no strangers in the house and conducts very little work-related business when they're around. "Her kids are everything to her, there's no doubt about it," he says.

The negative? -- our source says, "You mean besides the fact she's never made me those potatoes au gratin like she promised? -- haha!" There's nothing normal about her life right now." With the media focused on her like they are and the constant legal battles arising from her family, Britney is anxious over the constant pressure and threats. “She's a young girl, who's finally attempting to be totally independent and that's just something that the people around her -- business people -- do not want to see happen. When someone gets fired, they immediately decide to hop on board with all the haters. However you never see them report anything negative when they're employed, they just run to the tabloids and try to sell their bogus stories after she's canned them. Any celebrity of her magnitude will tell you how hard it is to have your life scrutinized every second of the day, however she remains as polite as possible to the press. She doesn't feel as if she needs to defend herself in the media and I agree. Just don't get in the way of her kids; she is a mother and she is very protective of her sons, as she should be."

On Britney's family -- our source says, "They have issues of their own that they need to work on. They need to quit blaming Britney." He's totally "turned off by Britney's family at the moment." He's also somewhat disappointed in her mom for being so naive and trusting the people that Britney fired rather than trusting her own daughter. It was due to the influence of Larry Rudolph on her family that Britney was forced in to rehab and while she was there, according to "Jeff." He also claims Promises staff administered medication on Britney despite a record of constantly clean drug tests that showed no traces of anything in her body. He says Promises quickly backed off from the accusations of drug and alcohol abuse and then claimed postpartum depression after the drug results were clean, but either way ... Britney was FORCED to stay in rehab because her family, her manager and officials at Promises were all threatening to take away her children unless she completed the treatment program. “I think Lynne does love her daughter, however I also believe Britney's anger towards her is justified. But come on, all moms and daughters have their arguments. Britney is just upset right now, her family needs to just be there when she's ready to call upon them."

So why'd Britney shave her head? -- Kevin taunted Britney that even his smoking of marijuana in her presence (Jeff showed us a pic of Kevin on his phone of Kev with a joint in his hands, partying with his friends) would leave traces of the drug that could be picked up by drug testing when they lived together and he threatened to use that against her in a custody battle. After Britney shaved her head, she begged her mom and Kevin to test the hair from the salon however no one went to claim it. Instead, Larry and her family staged an intervention in a hotel room with the same interventionist that put Britney's father Jamie in rehab and also worked with her brother. Britney begged for them to give her a drug test but eventually felt there was no other option but to enter a treatment program to prove to her family that she was clean and to protect herself from any unfounded accusations in a potential custody battle. Britney met with attorneys over a month ago regarding legal action against Promises. "I think she certainly has a case against the rehab center, I feel what they did to her was not only cruel and embarrassing it added more ammunition aiding Kevin's eagerness for custody over her finances, whoops I mean children."

"Jeff" raised the question -- why would Kevin file a civil case if he were truly worried about his kids' welfare when they're with Britney? He could have just called Child Protective Services and gotten any urgent claims handled that way, however his dispute now is clearly for financial gain. Britney isn't hiding anything. And why didn't he fight for full custody of his kids with Shar Jackson if he loves his kids so much?"

Our source says "Britney is the most generous person you could meet -- too generous" and that she doesn't focus on money at all. She has supported her family financially for years and feels that they shouldn't be so quick to judge her at times. Britney does have a good relationship with her sister Jamie Lynne. Despite the current rocky family emotions "Jeff" does feel that a reconciliation sometime in the future is possible because he says, “Britney is all about family. I just believe at the moment, she’s angry, she feels betrayed and she has every right to feel this way. Deep down, that entire family does love one another and it's just a matter of time before they're all together again."

Britney and the press -- "Britney is very clever. She's a seasoned celebrity veteran, if anyone knows how the press spins stories, it's Britney. Get it straight people, Britney doesn't go out when her kids are home!! Come on, she has shared custody there is half the week when she's not with her kids! The press needs to quit being so ignorant at times. If you had 50 cameras and cameramen hovering around you, inches away from you at all times, pushing and shoving, wardrobe malfunctions are bound to happen."

Britney's love life? -- "Jeff" says "Britney's like a little girl at times" and is "shy around guys. She's young and single and would love to find the right man; how can anyone blame her for that. I think she forgets sometimes that she’s a mega-star, someone who changed the face of music, an historical icon that still has a lot to learn and a lot more still to offer."

Breaking News from Britney's Camp - As most likely a ploy to keep

her fans busy while she's preparing for the release of her upcoming album,

Britney Spears is set to re-record her hit single "Toxic" with guest vocals by

her gal pal/cousin, Alli Sims, and featuring rapper 50 cent. The single is set

to hit stores in a "sleek, sexy, cyber sex package" with additional re-mixes of the

song, and a 20 minute video of Britney in the studio working on her new album.

There're also supposed to be three 20 second clips of a few of Britney's newest songs

she's cut in the studio. There will be no video for the single, however, reps say

Britney is planning on performing the single with rapper 50 Cent in Miami, and at a

premiere night club opening in Las Vegas in early December.Britney's camp says

Britney only wants the single to be hot in night clubs and give her fans something to

listen to, she is not expecting a #1 single with its release. It's rumored to be dropping on

Halloween. Stay tuned!

Looks like Brit's hair has finally grown out enough to handle some extensions. And while we're on the topic, we just want to set the record straight. We don't think that Britney's perfect. Far from it. We just think that if you take any one person and follow them around 24/7, you're going to be able to find at least ten things wrong with them per day. And even if they do NOTHING wrong at all, you're going to be able to pick them apart anyway.

And when you pair that with her outlandish and spontaneous personality, certainly the critics will easily have good material to report on. But here at Flynet, it just so happens that we appreciate spontaneity and quirkiness. We don't condone everything she does (eh hem, driving with her son on her lap or any drug use that she might've done) but we also don't condemn her for shaving her head, taking a random swim in the ocean, or getting married just for the hell of it.

What would your life be like if you gave yourself permission to live each moment to the fullest? As we see it, life would be far more fun and interesting! I ran around the office taking a poll of the craziest things that everyone has done here. Right in between these walls, we have someone who has ridden a motorcycle going 180 mph, someone who was pictured half naked in Glamour Magazine, and another person ran a red light right in front of a cop. Oh, and that really sweet and quiet girl who sits in the back office? Come to find out, she once played drunken strip poker while sitting in the back seat of a car. They even pulled over and peed on the side of the road. Certainly every person has equally as colorful stories to tell.

We all have secrets to tell so GET OFF OF BRITNEY!

Hey, I'm a sucker for a good lollipop, but our girl Britney is addicted! She and Alli down the Dum-Dums like there's no tomorrow! The Wonder Twins enjoyed an evening out at Winston's last night in complimentary candy-colored dresses. These girls co-ordinate their clothes and their oral pleasures!

see my collection of Britney pictures and magazines I have collected
so far. I also DO have her albums seperately with the case and photo albums.
I know it's not A LOT because I've actually seen other fans
with A LOT-A LOT of stuff. Just because some of us don't have more
than others, does not make us love Britney any less than they do :)!!
